Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:
- To cancel or reschedule an office appointment, please give us 24 hours advance notice to avoid a late cancel charge.
- We request 72 hours to cancel or reschedule procedures to avoid being charged.
After Hours & Emergencies
To reach our on-call physician after hours, please call the main number 770-428-4486 to speak to our answering service. Please only call for medical problems. Do not call the physician for appointment or billing issues.
For emergencies, go to the nearest hospital emergency room or call 911.
